At Nails To Tails Pet Care & Grooming, we have introduced new and updated policies to ensure the efficient opperation of our business and to respect the time and schedules of our staff and other clients. These updates aim to streamline our services and ensure a great experience for all. We value your understanding and cooperation as we work to create a friendly and organized atmosphere.

1. All grooming services must be paid for in full at the time of service.
2. We reserve the right to refuse service if your dog exhibits aggressive behavior towards our staff or other dogs.
3. We will take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog during the grooming process, but we are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries.
4. Please inform us of any medical conditions or sensitivities your dog may have before the grooming appointment.
5. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments to the grooming service based on the condition of your dog's coat and skin.

Cancellation/ No Show Fee
​We understand that plans may change, but please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged. The cancellation fee will be $25 for first offense and 50% of the grooming service cost for the second. Any appointments that are missed without prior notice will be charged 50% of the grooming service cost. Cancellation fee and no show fee must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

Late Fee
​If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled grooming appointment time, a late fee of $10 will be added to your total bill. Any late arrivals may result in a shortened grooming session or rescheduling of the appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

Dematting Fee
​If your dog's coat is severely matted and requires extra time and effort to detangle, a dematting fee will be added to your bill. The dematting fee will be determined based on the extent of the matting and the time required to groom your dog properly and will range from $25-$50. Please notify us when booking if your dog is matted so we may schedule extra time to accommodate your pets’ needs.

Flea Fee
For the health and safety of all our clients and staff, it is important that your dog is free from fleas before coming in for grooming. If fleas are discovered on your dog during the grooming process, a flea fee of $25 per pet will be applied to cover the cost of flea treatment and disinfection of our grooming area.

Late Pick-up Fee
​If you fail to retrieve your dog from our facility by the confirmed scheduled pick-up time, a late pick-up fee will be applied. The late pick-up fee will be $10 for the first 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time, and an additional $5 for every 15-minute increment thereafter. If you are unable to pick up your dog at the confirmed scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
